FAE Engineer

Job responsibilities:

1. Cooperate with sales to visit customers, and promote product technology and product usage plans;
2. Provide customers with robot application technical support, communicate and solve technical problems encountered by customers;
3. Assist customers in repairing product software and hardware failures, and train customers in daily operation, use, and maintenance;
4. Understand customer needs and on-site problems, communicate with product managers and formulate feasible solutions;
5. Collect customer feedback and assist R&D engineers to improve products;

Requirements:

1. Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Automation, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline;
2. More than 2 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, after-sales, and after-sales maintenance are preferred;
3. Good command of written and spoken Chinese is preferred;
4. Understand basic electrical knowledge and motor drive control principles;
5. Familiar with Linux platform experience is preferred; working experience in robotics, such as ROS is preferred;
6. Able to work under pressure and independently;
7. Strong sense of customer service with good interpersonal skills;
8. Can accept frequent short-term business trips;
9. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Service Engineer.
