Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Establish solid business relationship with key clients and giant end users and penetrate into customer’s supply chain through spreading and promoting added value robotic cleaning solution.
- Co-work with distributors to deeply serve existing customers.
- Be the professional liaison between Gaussian and local customers, identifying new business opportunities, influencing decision making process and completing the sales deals.
- Work closely with Gaussian headquarter and local service team to take care of long-term technical support plans, including setting up knowledge transfer and training programs.
- Conduct market intelligence/competition research and organize effective promotion activities like exhibition, trade-show, seminars, webinars, etc.
- Conduct product research and continuously support Gaussian headquarter R&D team to develop robotic products that match local expectations.
- Other tasks assigned by superior manager.
Requirements
- Major in automation or engineering or business administration, college degree or above (those who have worked in big FM companies or well-known cleaning machine/robot companies will be preferred).
- At least 5 years working experience in sales, marketing or related roles.
- Diligent, open-minded, responsible and quick learner.
- Language skills: Native Fluent English, local language will be a plus.
- Team player, good communication, coordination skills, good at analyzing and solving problems.
- Frequent business travel is required
