Gausium’s Scrubber 50 (M Series) Achieves EU CE-MD Certification from TÜV Rheinland, Setting New Standards in Commercial Cleaning Robot Safety

On January 31st, Gausium achieved a significant milestone as its commercial cleaning robot, Scrubber 50 (M series), secured the EU CE-MD Certificate from TÜV Rheinland. This momentous occasion represents the inaugural issuance of a CE-MD Certificate by TÜV Rheinland, aligning with the EN IEC 63327 standard and associated product standards for commercial cleaning robots. The certification underscores the product’s successful navigation through TÜV Rheinland’s stringent testing procedures, affirming its compliance with the safety standards mandated by the European Union.

The certification ceremony witnessed the presence of Gausium’s CEO Edward Cheng, CTO Baoxing Qin, Executive Director of TÜV Rheinland Shanghai, Lutz Frankholz, and Yonggang Li, General Manager of the Greater China Region’s Electronics and Electrical Product Services.

The EU CE-MD Certificate

Scrubber 50 holds the title of Gausium’s top-selling product within its current lineup. The M series is a forthcoming release that has not yet been officially launched. Scrubber 50 features multiple cleaning functions, including scrubbing, dust mopping and sweeping. On top of that, the robot boasts advanced intelligent features, enabling automatic charging, sewage discharge as well as integration with smart IoT devices like fare gates and elevators.
