    The Product Sales Manager acts as a technical expert, on project management, product application, and sales support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Plan and deliver standard/special technical proposals to meet the needs of the customer and validate expectations with the sales team.
    2. Follow up on project status updates, and increase successes by coordinating internal and outside resources. He/she is also responsible for the project acceptance.
    3. Understand, manage and review project risks.
    4. Support Sales team and Distributors/Customers with product and application knowledge and training courses.
    5. Gain and share industry market insights including applicable engineering requirements, standards, regulations, and market trends.
    6. Identify and evaluate new industries’ applications and opportunities to grow Business.

    Basic Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor of Engineering degree in mechanical/electrical/automation
    2. Minimum 3~5 years of sales support/customer service work experience in Intelligent manufacturing/automation equipment companies.
    3. Gaussian Robotics will only employ those who are legally authorized to work. No sponsorship is being offered with this role.
    4. Ability to travel up to 50% to distributor/customer sites or trade shows/conferences.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Good knowledge of industrial products and applications, including Automatic Mobile Robot, vision sensors, SLAM technology, communication electronics, and cloud services.
    2. Minimum 5 years experience in the commercial/industrial cleaning industry.
    3. Able to work in a cross-functional, matrix-ed organization team.
    4. Demonstrated technical and documentation skills to clearly develop proposals, solutions/Industry reports, and complete project milestone reviews.
