In Chongqing, two Onewo-managed properties — the International Land-Sea Center office complex and the Vanke Emerald Park residential community — are running on autonomous cleaning for smart properties, with some 28,000 square meters of daily cleaning handed over to Gausium robots. As a key robotics partner within Onewo’s smart property ecosystem, Gausium is helping the leading Chinese space-tech service provider build an AI-driven model for property and facility operations.
The two sites could hardly be more different. One is a 458-meter skyscraper packed with commuters; the other is a quiet, high-end residential community where residents value peace above all. Yet both deployments converge on the same principle: good autonomous cleaning delivers cleanliness — not presence.

Also known as “Chongqing 100,” the International Land-Sea Center rises 458.2 meters above the Jialing River in Yuzhong District. The 500,000 m² mixed-use landmark combines a shopping mall, Grade-A offices, a Banyan Tree hotel and observation decks — a vertical city with intense foot traffic, high-frequency cleaning demands in its lobbies, and a 20,000 m² underground garage that can only be cleaned at night.
Two Gausium models split the work along clear lines:
The Phantas is integrated with the building’s elevators and access gates, so it rides between floors and passes through gated areas entirely on its own. Rather than waiting for the building to empty, it cleans while the tower runs at full tilt — relying on intelligent scheduling, route planning and obstacle avoidance to stay out of everyone’s way. Both models dock at on-site workstations for autonomous charging and water exchange.

Vanke Emerald Park sits at the heart of Chongqing’s Central Park area in Liangjiang New Area — a low-density, 170,000 m² premium residential community bordering one of the largest urban parks in Asia. Here, residents’ expectations go beyond visible cleanliness: daily life should never be interrupted by cleaning work.
A single Scrubber 75 covers the 7,500 m² B3 underground garage, running roughly 11.5 hours of autonomous cleaning a day and returning to its workstation for self-service charging, water refill and drainage in between. Its entire schedule is built around when residents are least active:
The result is a garage that stays uniformly clean around the clock, without the timing fluctuations of manual sweeping — and without residents ever really noticing the robot at work.

Together, these results are what autonomous cleaning for smart properties is meant to deliver: fewer variables, more consistency, and cleaning that adapts to a building’s rhythm instead of interrupting it. Both projects have confirmed plans to expand their deployments, including one additional Phantas at Vanke Emerald Park to extend coverage to outdoor community areas.
“In day-to-day experience, the cleaning robot’s real strengths are low-disturbance operation and continuous, fine-grained cleaning. It works steadily across our community roads and underground garage for long stretches, smoothing out the timing fluctuations of manual sweeping and keeping the environment uniformly and consistently clean.”
