Industrial Park Cleaning Robot: TianAn Cyber Park Shenzhen

25,000 m² Across Two Industrial Parks: Gausium Robots Take On Daily Floor Cleaning at TianAn Cyber Park, Shenzhen

October 15, 2026

Overview

At two TianAn Cyber Park campuses in Shenzhen, a Gausium Scrubber 75 covers a 20,000 m² underground garage and a Gausium Omnie cleans 5,000 m² of indoor space. Between them, daily floor cleaning has become a self-running routine.

  • Customer: TianAn Cyber Park
  • Sites: Futian TianAn Cyber Park and Longgang TianAn Cyber Park, Shenzhen, China
  • Robots: 1× Gausium Omnie (Futian) · 1× Gausium Scrubber 75 (Longgang)
  • Coverage: ≈5,000 m² of indoor lobby, public corridors, elevator halls and floors (Futian) · ≈20,000 m² of underground garage (Longgang)
  • Cleaning mode: Scrubbing at both sites
  • Support equipment: Each robot is paired with a workstation for automatic charging and water management

TianAn Cyber Park is a comprehensive industrial park built around office space and enterprise services. Many people move through its buildings every day, so running a park means more than providing a good office environment. Operators also need to keep raising the service quality of shared areas.

At two Shenzhen campuses, Gausium robots now take on that daily work. In Futian, an Omnie cleans the lobby and public indoor spaces. In Longgang, a Scrubber 75 handles a vast underground garage. The spaces are very different, but both deployments rest on the same idea: cleaning should run on its own, and the space should always look its best.

Futian TianAn Cyber Park: Everyday Cleaning Where People Walk

The public areas of the Futian campus see steady foot traffic throughout the day. A single Gausium Omnie now scrubs about 5,000 m² of the building, including the lobby, public corridors, elevator halls and floors. It carries out floor cleaning on its own, replacing a routine that once relied on fixed manual effort.

The Omnie is paired with a workstation that handles automatic charging and water management. It can keep working through large areas without constant supervision.

Longgang TianAn Cyber Park: Taking On a 20,000 m² Garage

The Longgang campus is a mixed-use business and entertainment hub master-planned by SOM as a 21st-century village. Narrow, human-scaled pedestrian streets link offices, shops, cinemas, restaurants and a luxury hotel to the regional transport network. A 200-meter office tower anchors the site, and a continuous concourse below street level connects the tower, stores, loft-style offices, hotel and bus station through planted sunken courtyards.

Large underground garages are among the hardest spaces to keep clean. They combine a big footprint with constant vehicle use, and the cleaning has to be efficient and sustained. At Longgang, a single Gausium Scrubber 75 scrubs around 20,000 m² of the garage with high-efficiency, continuous operation, making large-space maintenance far easier to manage.

A workstation takes care of automatic charging and water management, so the robot can return to the dock between tasks and go back to work.

Results

Across the two TianAn Cyber Park sites, Gausium robots have made daily floor cleaning more stable, more efficient and less dependent on repetitive manual work.

  • Stable daily operation: Both robots run reliably in demanding public spaces.
  • Less repetitive manual work: Routine floor scrubbing is handed over to the machines.
  • Efficiency at scale: Continuous operation keeps about 25,000 m² across the two sites under control, from lobbies to a garage.
  • More consistent quality: Cleaning results stay steady from one day to the next.
  • Self-sustaining operation: Workstations handle charging and water management automatically.

By rethinking how cleaning gets done, the two deployments help each industrial space stay in its ideal condition, from a busy lobby in Futian to a wide-open garage in Longgang.

Customer Testimonial

“The robot is mainly used in the park’s lobby, public corridors and elevator halls for daily cleaning, and it can complete floor cleaning on its own. In actual use it runs quite stably and reduces repetitive manual cleaning. For larger areas, it can keep working continuously, which helps us improve overall cleaning efficiency and makes cleaning quality more consistent.”
