As one of the world’s leading beverage companies, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) maintains exceptionally high standards of tidiness and hygiene across all their facilities. At their 2,000 m² Knetzgau warehouse in Germany, the company faced the dual challenge of maintaining spotless floors while addressing an industry-wide shortage of skilled workers and rising cleaning costs.

The facility operates on a demanding 24/6 shift model with significant forklift traffic, making traditional manual cleaning both labor-intensive and potentially disruptive to logistics operations. The company sought a solution that would not only maintain their rigorous cleanliness standards but also allow staff to focus on core logistics processes rather than floor maintenance.

With a 750mm cleaning width and robust obstacle avoidance, it delivers efficient deep cleaning across expansive warehouse floors. Its large water tank capacity enables extended operation times, making it ideal for high-throughput logistics facilities.

The implementation proved remarkably straightforward. The robots were installed with ease, and communication between CCEP and mR Mobile Robots remained professional and efficient throughout the process. Any issues that arose were resolved directly and promptly, building a foundation for ongoing collaboration and future project phases.

A key advantage of the Gausium robots is their ability to operate autonomously during off-peak hours, including weekends and outside of regular working hours.
