    Responsibilities

    1. Distributor Support & Enablement

    • Participate in sales presentations, client meetings, and marketing events as needed. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical and solution support.
    • Deliver training to distributors to strengthen their solution design and Proof of Concept (POC) capabilities.
    • Track and manage distributor project pipelines, providing ongoing support to ensure successful project implementation and delivery.

    2. Requirements Management

    • Participate in product requirements analysis and planning.
    • Gather and analyze standard and customized requirements from customers and projects.
    • Work closely with Product and R&D teams to develop feasible solutions that address customer needs.

    3. Key Project Management

    • Establish standardized project management processes, assess return on investment (ROI), and identify potential risks to support informed decision-making.
    • Monitor and prioritize key projects, coordinating internal resources to troubleshoot issues and ensure successful project delivery.

    Requirements

    1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Robotics, Automation, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
    2. Knowledge of Linux, ROS (Robot Operating System), network communications (4G/5G/Wi-Fi), or the fundamentals of SLAM navigation algorithms is preferred.
    3. At least 3 years of project experience in service robotics, commercial cleaning, autonomous driving, or low-speed autonomous delivery. Experience deploying solutions in complex environments is a plus.
    4. Familiarity with government and enterprise tendering processes, with strong technical documentation and on-site bid presentation skills.
    5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills, with flexibility for occasional business travel.
    6. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required. Proficiency in the local language of the target market is preferred.
    7. Knowledge of relevant local laws and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable business requirements.
